While using Bug Reporter is definitely a useful path, for comments on documentation it is helpful if people use the Feedback button displayed at the bottom of the page.  Comments provided this way are associated with the document and delivered to the appropriate writer, and give us additional information such as exactly what page and version of the doc that the comment is associated with.
