When I went to that link, there was a button (I believe) above the list of messages that said "Join to be able to post to group" or something like that. Then I just added it to my favorites by clicking the small star at the top. (yeah, very intuitive ;) )

I could be missing something, but I see nothing in the UI that actually allows you to quickly "Add Group" or "Add To My Groups".
