Yes, this exactly. I have multiple projects open on different p4 clients of the same product - that's how I multitask. Without the unique project name, I don't know which of my p4 clients I'm using, and since each p4 client has its own terminal window, that means I don't know *where* to drag the filename.
I'm all for new simplified UI to make things easier for non-power users - there are even places where as a power user I *like* them - but Xcode is not that place. It's complicated by intent; it has to do a lot of things that just can't be simplified without losing functionality.

I found that workaround too, but it only works for source files, nibs, etc. What about knowing which project you have open? I often have several project of the same name open at once (from different branches, working copies, etc.), how can you know which one you're looking at?
