Yup. The mod date on the storyboard in the Finder was changed, so something was done to the file.
Same thing with nib files for Mac OS X projects.
This happens with every new version of the IDE. If you look at the source-control diffs, you see the only change is under a key for the IB version.
I believe the idea is to clue future IBs to compatibility issues, such as version-specific format bugs needing repair/reinterpretation.
That would be nice, if I'd actually made changes to the file. But it's under source code control so I haven't, and being nagged to unlock the file when I don't want it changed is annoying.
