As Kyle mentions, Xcode 6.1.1 is available: it should fix the worst of these problems. If you’re still running into pervasive problems (as opposed to individual issues), please let us know.
Note that 6.1.1 is a GM seed (not a beta) - you can use it to submit to the app store.
