Set the binding programmatically in app did finish launching?
Just a guess at what I would try.

Yup. It's Xcode choking on having this specific binding. Any ideas
on how to get past it? I don't know how to proceed.

I have a simple storyboard built from an OS X template. I've been
adding a few things to it. The most recent thing I did is set up a
binding from a table view column's text field to the array
controller arrangedObjects name property.
I tried to build, and Xcode shows progress, but is just "stuck" in
the "Compile Storyboard file Main.storyboard" step. Been that way
for minutes. kernel_task is taking 15-25% CPU (MacBook Pro 15"
Retina).
I've tried quitting & relaunching Xcode, no luck.
I'm really stuck, and don't need this crap right now. This has been
happening a lot lately, issues with the build environment (usually
provisioning portal stuff) absolutely preventing me from getting my
work done.
