All the times I've noticed it disabled, it was because I was running on
a 7.0 device.
I was also surprised to learn yesterday that this feature is available
when running on Yosemite as well. (Haven't tried it on Mavericks. It's
also possible that Mac support is an Xcode 6.1-only feature.)
