Hi Xcode,
Found a serious issue when selecting test in Xcode 6.1:
I'm about to block-comment a few lines.
If I select lines by mouse-dragging from the top line and comment them out, it works fine.
But if I select the lines by mouse-dragging from the bottom line and comment them out,
then many lines above and below the selection will also be commented out,
sometimes the entire function got commented out.
As far as I remember, this has never happened with the previous versions.
I'd like to confirm if this is by design or a bug.
