In Xcode 5.x, I just searched the internal docs and surprisingly, I got an Apple error page.  So, I searched the web and got another one about a missing page.

Uhhh, how is this even possible? All the docs are installed into Xcode, right?

But are the iOS 7 docs down for anyone else too?
