It's that time again. Can't pull and can't push and "Show only files with source-control status" shows nothing.

Xcode 6.4, Mac OS 10.10.2
Project is for iOS 8.
Checked out a fresh copy of the project on Friday afternoon after
From the Terminal, git status shows my project's xcshareddata/ folder, and more.
.DS_Store xxx.xcodeproj/project.xcworkspace/xcshareddata/ xxx.xcodeproj/project.xcworkspace/xcuserdata/zav.xcuserdatad/ xxx.xcodeproj/xcuserdata/zav.xcuserdatad/ xxx/.DS_Store xxx/GeofenceSupport/.DS_Store
I can push and pull from the Terminal from the project's path, but When I try to pull from Xcode's Source Control menu, it tells me that "The working copy has uncommitted changes. Commit or discard the changes and try again."
But there are no files shown in the Nav Panel. When I click the little safe button, all that is displayed is "No Filter Results".
What is going on?
How can I see the changes that Xcode thinks are preventing me from pulling from the remote?
This does not inspire confidence at all.
