way/add-on to create/edit class method definitions for .hpp/.cpp in “one-step"

I find it a pain to be constantly making changes to a class method declaration in header and then
the implementation in the .cpp  file.

Is there a Xcode add-on ( or even built in feature ) to allow me to create or make changes - say to arguments or return values etc
in one go - in ONE PLACE  -  to be more productive ?

Maybe 3rd pty refactoring tools ?

Cheers
