Xcode 6.1.1 doesn't use downloaded docsets

Hi,

is there a special trick to get Xcode 6.1.1 to use the downloaded docsets. All documentation I see in the documentation browser is downloaded all the time. My network connection is slow so this is quite noticeable and annoying. The quick help accessible via OPTION-click, which is available instantly, so that's using a local source.
I already tried deleting the installed docsets in
~/Library/Developer/Shared/Documentation/DocSets but that doesn't help. When I
go to Preferences > Downloads to download a fresh copy it doesn't seem to
download anything at all (according to Activity Monitor). It just seems to copy
the stub version from Xcode.app.
What do I have to do to fix this?

Thanks
Markus
