There are some known bugs in the Xcode 7 betas (called out in the release notes) that can cause crashes reopening a project. Usually the way to fix these is to crack open the project bundle and delete the user-settings files — IIRC you open the xcodeproj, then open the xcworkspace bundle, then open xcuserdata and delete the folder with your username.
