Fixed... it was an Xcode issue -- kind of. I was just looking at the wrong
machine. Apparently on the machine where the repository lived the command line
tools location (set from the location tab in preferences) was set to the
mounted dmg instead of the installed location of Xcode. I went looking in
that area when I remembered that I had installed the beta on that machine,
not the machine that was showing the error.
