I did some experimenting and found that this issue occurs with our official build of the framework, but not a build that I make on my desktop. The difference is that our build server is still using Xcode 5.1, whereas I’m on 6.3.2.

So, does Xcode 5.1 not support modules? I thought module support was introduced at WWDC ’13 and included in Xcode 5? Or is Xcode 6 required to build Swift-compatible modules?
