iTunes App Store - submissions down at the moment?

I just checked the apple systemstatus and everything's currently green. www.apple.com/support/systemstatus
I was wondering if anyone else out there is trying to deploy apps for release to the App Store (iOS) from Xcode 7 at the moment.
We're getting no response when trying to upload the Archive at the "Sending API usage to iTunes Connect…" state and the request is timing out and stating that I don't have privs to use this service.
Hopefully, it's just our network and I can submit later on from home.
Is anyone else running into the same issue?
I've got 3 apps to roll out and was curious if anyone else is in the same boat.
