Use the top item “Duplicate XXX” to duplicate the selected theme. I think “New Theme From Template” is just a heading for the templates listed below. (?) I assuming chooses one of those creates a new theme from the template. It’s confusing (!) because the themes in the list that have been created from templates already have the same names as the templates. (!)
When you have your new theme, click on the T icon to show the font panel. Then click on a list entry to select it (in the right list). Then choose a new font size from the font panel. Then wait. After a few seconds, the size should change in the list and in the debug window. At least, that’s what worked for me. The design of this window is misleading at best.
