Hi, all!
Our QA team is starting to look at Xcode 7 UI testing, and so far, it’s promising.
However, we’ve run into a snag with a sandboxed OS X app—no actions in NSOpenPanel get recorded. UI testing is sparsely documented, and WWDCC 2015 session 406 on the subject offers no insight.
A workaround is to turn off sandboxing, but that's kind of sub-optimal since, in that case, you’re not really testing what’s going to ship.
Is there some option to set on the testing target, or some manual testing code to write—perhaps adapted from the un-sandboxed version—that will allow the test case to target the NSOpenPanel?
Thanks.
