Using VO, I hear whatever the title is, unless it's explicitly set differently, at least that's how I understand it. To double check, though, I had a sighted person look at the app, and was told that my button had the standard label instead of the one I gave it. To the best of my knowledge, this isn't a VO-specific problem.
