Yes, that's what VoiceOver calls the "outline table". The visual layout next to that table is utterly useless with VO. I can usually drag things around the table just fine, but I wasn't able to swap those two items. Eventually, I selected the label and the switch, then dragged up. I still have no clue how, but that did the job. I'd still like to know how this process works, in case this happens again.

The last two items, though, refuse to swap places; I have a label and then a switch, but I want the switch to come before the label. Usually, I'd lock the mouse down on the invisible button to the right of the item to be moved, navigate to the button of the item before which I want to place the item being moved, and release the mouse. (For anyone new, I'm using VoiceOver for all this, so the process is different from normal.)

I've dragged the label down to the switch, not that I expected that to work. I've even tried the same things on a second label before the label in question, but that fails too. Are there other ways to accomplish this with a keyboard, or even a mouse? Is there something special about this switch being the last item in the stack view that causes things to work differently? Thanks in advance. While I wait, I'm going to submit an enhancement request for cmd-up and cmd-down to move things in the outline table. That would be so, so much easier than all this dragging!
