Hi Scott, I’m sure someone much more knowledgable than I will chime in very shortly, but the basic idea is to get an instance of UITabBarController into your storyboard.
I don’t know very much about Xcode’s VoiceOver interface (sorry), but probably the best way to get started doing this is to select an existing scene in the storyboard (the one where the tabs should first appear) and choose “Embed In > Tab Bar Controller” from the “Editor” menu. This should wrap the currently selected scene in a Tab Bar Controller where the scene itself is the first tab.
