Problem with Workspace/Schemes

  • Subject: Problem with Workspace/Schemes

Hi,

I have a workspace file with a number of projects in it.

Call them Project X and Project Y.

In project X I have a Class - “ClassX” and in project Y I have “ClassY”.

Both ClassX and ClassY have a method define:

-(void) turnOffXCodeAnimations:(BOOL) theAnimateFlag

In XCode, if I have ProjectY selected as the current Scheme and in ClassY I Command+Click on a call to “turnOffXCodeAnimations” then it jumps me to the turnOffXCodeAnimations in ProjectX!!!!

Why is this and how can I stop it? I don’t want it jumping to files outside the current Scheme/Project. A couple of times now I haven’t noticed this and have started changing the wrong file.

Thanks a lot,
All the Best
Dave
