If you create an assetlib and create a launch image set where does it show what the expected size of the image is?

How do you find out what the expected size of the launch images are supposed to be when a launch image set is selected?

The iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 plus are missing from the reference docs.

https://developer.apple.com/ios/human-interface-guidelines/graphics/launch-screen/

Previously, in Xcode 7.3.1, the largest launch image for the iPhone is the Retina 5.5 which has an expected size of 1242 x 2208.

The iPhone 7 plus is reported to have a screen size of 1080 x 1920 pixels. This is smaller than the largest launch iPhone screen size supported for the previous models and in Xcode 7.3.1.

What gives? What is it expected to be?

Also, why can't the expected size of the launch images be displayed BEFORE we put the images in the their slots - just like it was in Xcode 7.3.1? (Yes, this query seems familiar to me.)

Thanks.
