https://developer.apple.com/xcode/download/

That link allows you to (I suppose?) download and install the 7.3 beta, but I want 7.2.1 (or just plain 7.2) would be better. The link on that page takes you to the App Store and that is the cause of the problem.

To relate what has happened. I forgot to turn my machine off last night and when I came in this morning, it had launched into an XCode Update, however, I didn’t notice it was updating until after I had opened my workspace and started using XCode.

Since then I’ve had some very strange problems with the debugger and a part of my App that was working has stopped working and I can’t debug it (see my other thread). I’m trying to figure out if it the problem is something to do with my code or is something to do with a corrupt XCode or bugs in this latest version of XCode.

In the App Store Now, it shows:

1 Update Available

XCode 7.2.1
Released Feb 2, 2016

——————————
Updates installed in last 30 days

XCode 7.2.1
Installed Feb 3, 2016

When I click on the Update button it it just says waiting…….

————————————

Stop Press:

it’s now saying Installing hovering between 12 mins and less than a minute.

In case this doesn’t work, where can I get it without involving the App store?

Cheers
Dave
