Why is the MacOSX10.11.sdk folder dated 2017-08-07?

I wonder why in Xcode 7.2 the current sdk folder has a future date, 2017-08-07?

Is it the same in your installations?

/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/MacOSX.platform/Developer/MacOSX10.11.sdk
