I'm wondering if anyone else has seen this issue on the OS X Server with Xcode CI.
Our Objective-C codebase has 3 target apps and is checked in to a remote git repo.
Our build server has Xcode 7.1 (7B91b) on it and is running server 5.0.10 (15S4010)
We have 5 Xcode bots set up on the server. 3 to build and archive and 2 to test when the source is pushed to git.
What happens every day with a random bot it will fail with a random bot parsing an xib file that has not been edited.
We get an error with the Cocoa Touch Tool failing to launch and timing out.
I'm suspecting that running the build server on a bottom of the line Mac Mini is not a good idea and that's what's causing this to happen.
Does that sound plausible?
Also, is there a better location to discuss CI issues or is this the best place?
Thanks in advance,
Alex Zavatone
