Installed Xcode 7.3.1 on El Capitan 10.11.5 - No Developer directory nor SDK's

I believe this was discussed recently, but my old G5 died an ungraceful death, and old emails are gone with a lot of other things.
I have a new machine delivered with 10.11.5. I installed Xcode 7.3.1, but an important application (ApKiDo) objects that there is no Developer directory and is asking for the path to the SDK’s. Searching for .sdk extension yields no files.
A confusing point is that I have a macbook with 10.11.5 and ApKiDo runs fine.
Any clues?

Thanks,
Dale Miller
