debugging.

In the Assistant Editor's Preview of the XIB, The XIB layout looks perfect and works fine for every language, even for the Double-Length Pseudolanguage. But when I build my app and check the view there, it has some glitches with strings being clipped, as if their trailing space constraints or trailing alignment constraints were totally ignored.
How can I debug Auto Layout issues when the Assistant Editor's Preview shows that everything seems to be fine?
Any hints are really appreciated.
