Xcode won't download docsets

In trying to get Dash and old docs cleaned up, I deleted all the docsets, caches, and receipts for docsets outside of Xcode.app proper. Now when Xcode launches, it shows those docsets installed, but won't download them. I'm forced to view them online.

Is there any way to get Xcode to download my docs?
