Xcode often fails to see Swift symbols

  • Subject: Xcode often fails to see Swift symbols

Why is it that, even when running a debug build with symbols and no optimization, the debugger often fails to see Swift symbols that are in scope? It shows them in the variables list, but shows no values, nor can I "po" them. It's like they're optimized out.
