[admin] Apple Mailing List Web Links Failing

My apologies for sending this to the list. Feel free to ignore.
I notice that https://lists.apple.com/ fails to load now. curl returns 'curl: (35) Server aborted the SSL handshake'
This is unfortunate because not only can't you do anything with the Apple website to manage mail list subscriptions, all the Google search links to the archives are also broken.
Unfortunately, I don't have the original subscription email to the mailing list to find out who to direct administration questions (like this email) but the website can't be reached to find this info.
Who would be the best person to contact about this problem?
