Xcode: Unsupported Configuration warning

iOS 10.3.2, Xcode 8.3.2, macOS 10.12.5

Xcode is warning about the following:

File: OverlayView.xib: warning: Unsupported Configuration: This file is set to build for a version older than the deployment target. Functionality may be limited.

But in the inspector for OverlayView.xib, it shows: "Opens in Latest Xcode (8.0)", and "Builds for Deployment Target (10.3)". Auto-layout is enabled.

How do I fix or silence this build warning?
