For a french version change line:
tell radio button 1 of tab group 1 of window 1 to if value is 0 then
to
tell radio button "Moniteur" of tab group 1 of window 1 to if value
is 0 then

There is no need for a specific french version.
tell radio button 1 … is OK worldwide.
I asked for the properties of every radio button of tab group 1 of
window 1.
I got:
