iPhoto Script Menu

Anybody know why iPhoto doesn't appear to support a script menu?

I can create a folder in ~/Library/Scripts called iPhoto and I never
get a script menu in iPhoto. I have also tried creating a
~/Library/iPhoto/Scripts folder (You can do it this way with iTunes)
but still no dice.

Any ideas?
