Why log out? Instead of logging out of your own account (User A), choose
Login Window from the Fast User Switching menu. Your wife can then log in
(User B) when she wants and you will still be logged in.
Having said that, I am not sure what you want to do with OSXVnc. If you mean
the server then I would have thought that if your wife is on the computer
you would then take over the computer, not just your login session.
