Yes and no.

Some settings in XCode are as far from obvious as in Visual Studio. And it's as difficult as in Visual to get access to some settings.

It is usable for me :-) It handles a few 1000 source code files at once without much difficulty.

One edit session did misalign edit lines when two windows of the same file were opened. I don't know if that would have caused a data corruption. I quit immediately. Except for that it is usable (for me).
