Xcode / Interface Builder Bug?

I think this might be a bug in Xcode and/or Interface Builder. I
started a simple project in XCode, double clicked the NIB file to
launch Interface Builder. I created a subclass of NSObject, added an
action, threw a button onto the default window, instantiated my
subclass, made the connection between the button and the action method.
Now, when I select the class, and try to create the files, the save
panel slides down, it's showing the files it's going to create
(myController.h/.m) but in the bottom right pane, it's saying "No
Applicable projects". Um.. why? It's right there....I'm in the right
folder.
Am I missing something? Or is this broken?
The only thing that "fixed" this was to quit out of Xcode and IB. Going
back into Xcode and double-clicking the .nib file, I was then able to
have IB create the files and see the project. I've searched the lists
but haven't found mention of this, and I've tried it on three separate
systems. Can anyone verify?
Thanks,
john
