Have you considered posting this to the xcode-users list? This isn't a
Cocoa question, or indeed even vaguely related to Cocoa (unless you
plan on running Cocoa on your embedded system, but I doubt that
somehow).
There are people experimenting with this at the moment... check-out the
archives of xcode-users list and projectbuilder-users list, in
particular, look for some posts from Timothy J. Wood (of Omni Group
fame), who has been tinkering in this area.
