Just to clarify, "tbz" is tar'd bzip2 (aka .tar.bz2), which you can uncompress using the bunzip2 program (or StuffIt). Apparently Safari doesn't download the file, but rather displays it... Safari users should thus right-click on the download link (at the appropriate step) and select Save to Disk (or equivalent). Sorry for the confusion.
