Quicktime and Cocoa Problem

  • Subject: Quicktime and Cocoa Problem

Dear Cocoa-devs

I added an NSMovieView to my application and on panther it works like a charm. Jaguar users are complaining, however. Apparently, (and I have confirmed on 10.2.8) if I hold down the apple-shift key the quicktime "movie" stops. If I use my backSpace method which moves the counter back 3 seconds (through GetMovieTime and SetMovieTime), the same thing happens: the movie stops. Why? Is there a work around?

Matthew
