works with MSN. If you combine this with either SIMBL

iChat (which might be though to work through) you could inject MSN
conversations into iChat, and tap the output and send it to an MSN
address through IMServices.
Though this is really conceptual, surely the possibility for an iChat
MSN Protocol 'Plug-In' is there, even if the execution would be a
pain.
