Does some one know a way to create a panel like a toolbar in Word-X in COCOA
(side handle and min, max and close control)? I want to create a toolbar
outside of the application area and I was not able to find this kind of
element in Interface Builder. I remember using something of this sort in
Carbon application while working with IB.
I am a UI designer, can some one lead me to a sample code which can be
helpful.
