Hello Paul,

I was struggling with this at the end of last year... yes, it's frustrating
as hell. I'm pulling my hair out over Quartz and Quicktime. You might try
going to http://cocoa.mamasam.com/ and searching for 'multiple windows'.
That's where I turned the corner.
