I'd say the jury is out on this one. The discussion of the proper UI, yes,
probably that does belong on a UI list, but the discussion of how to
implement it in Cocoa? I'd say that belongs here. But hey, I'm just me
talking.

This point could have been made much less cynically under #1 above.

See point #1 above. Sounds like they'd rather we discuss implementation

Seriously, everybody take a deep breath and try to pretend we're all adults
here. Ben asked a pretty reasonable question, and he's carried on his
conversation with civility. Let's try to extend him the same courtesy.
