Well, depends. I've been considering removing Command-Q for the
Moose. Technically, it's a background app, but it needs to have a
dock icon and a prefs window, so I'm making it a regular app. But
that causes people who are just quitting all other apps using Cmd-Q
to accidentally shoot down the Moose.
So, I can see why someone would want to turn that part off.
And maybe, if you're doing a Kiosk system, not allowing people to
quit is also a good idea (though then they should probably look into
the provisions Apple offer for Kiosk mode, which can turn off app
switching and quitting and a lot of other things)
