What if it's intended for a specific market segment that requires this type of functionality? Just because it might be classless in the broader consumer space doesn't mean it's bad everywhere (or in their target market).


For instance, I wish I could create a Movie account on my iBook. No quitting the app I provide to play the movies, no Finder or Dock (so there's no general disk access), no force quitting (without admin auth), no rebooting..etc. Not a kiosk exactly but pretty close....and pretty hard, with some things being impossible, like my no-reboot requirement.

Anyway...
