I use BBEdit.
Once you understand the plist format, the PList editor UI just gets in
the way.
With BBEdit you can copy and paste chunks and make your changes, rather
than clicking, "new child" selecting the class reentering all your data
etc... You can also search and replace on the whole file much faster
and easier in my opinion.
The only hidden gotcha is that PList editor uses ascii character 10 as
a line ender rather than ascii character 13 but you can set this in the
BBEdit preferences.

Hello,
Slightly off-topic, but..
Does anyone knows of a "text oriented" plist editor?
I'm aware of the existence of Apple's stock "Property List Editor",
but I'm looking for something with a much larger Text area. In other
words, something along the line of TextEdit for plist...
TIA.
Cheers
