I take it you're doing this download via Xcode? I've downloaded the disk image via ADC today at my day job and will install it tonight when I get home (I'm one of those 56K modem users :P)
I'll report back if I see the same problem installing from the disk image.
Perhaps this is some in-transit encoding issue when using Xcode to download? Or maybe it's a problem with the doc indexer?
