I just ran into a bug in Panther that is described as fixed for Tiger.

Taken from AppKit release notes: - In the Panther implementation, when removing objects in the background from the array to which an NSArrayController content was bound (not removing through the controller), an index-out-of-bounds exception was sometimes raised. This situation has been fixed for Tiger.

Did anyone found a workaround for this?
I desperately need this to work with panther...
