Of course, your original point (don't assume our data will match yours) is certainly still valid. If you were targeting education, for example, you would want to contact some of your customers to find out what OS revision they were using.

FWIW, I did research in the (k-12) education field not too long ago. What I found was that most educational folks were able to support 10.2.x and above (10.0 and 10.1 .x were pretty out of the picture).


The problem with education is that they get a release and then ride it into the ground. They never update their software. :-)
